it was once fallen down. And after that it has a problem in connecting with the wifi like it only catches 1 signal of the wifi and when the screen is off it disconnected and when the screen is on it ctches the signal. I tried to check the sim card and after that it worked and now it still has the same problem.

At a guess, something is loose, and manipulating it knocks it back into place for a while. But Apple will be able to answer that question better once they run diagnostics.
But it gets better whenever i remove the simcard chip and put it back. Why is that?
