Why when I pull up the Safari app and try to type something in can I not see what I'm typing unless I pull the screen down physically with my finger. I have turned the phone off and back on numerous times and this does not help. You can't remove the Safari app because it's part of the phone so how do you fix this?

Workaround for me was to go to Settings | Safari | scroll all the way down and tap Advanced | toggle Javascript off. It works but you may find some sites won't work properly.
To help with this issue, is the keyboard on your Safari invisible or has the page shifted up or down so that you can’t see the area of the keyboard? Also, have you noticed this problem on other apps?
Have you found any solution?? Since Apple ain’t responsive because we ain’t paying them. It’s so annoying! I might just switch iPhone to another phone since there is no Free help!
