Why is the icon in control center green instead of blue

Green is the normal color for the wi-fi icon in the Control Center; it is gray when wi-fi is off. Also see: Use and customize Control Center on iPhone - Apple Support

The normal color for the Wi-Fi icon is blue when connected as shown in the support document provided by Foxfifth.. Green is only for the cellular icon.
