Apple TV rentals only play in French (but Store says EN available)

I am located in the German speaking part of Switzerland. However, most times we try to rent a movie in Apple TV (we check each time to make sure the audio is a language we understand, preferrably English original or German)... the movie only has French after renting it.

We have nothing to do with France and don't really understand French well. Our Apple ID location is Switzerland and the languages are set to English (main language) and German. No French.

(Can Apple please fix this bug?!)

Some movies in Switzerland are offered in two or three editions: one with German dubbing, one with French dubbing, and/or one with Italian dubbing. Please check if multiple editions are available for the chosen title, and if the correct one was rented. Note that for some movies, the title gets translated as well.

(I or others could check if you would have mentioned the title.)

The included language tracks and any editions that are offered, are the choices of the supplying studio (Warner Bros, Universal, Lionsgate, etc.). It is not a bug, and Apple can’t “solve” this, only the supplying studio can.

If the meta data (listed language support) doesn’t match the content, then please contact the iTunes Store staff for a complaint and a refund.

If you accidentally rented the wrong edition, then please contact the iTunes Store staff to (help) correct that.
