How to access English audio on Apple TV in France?

Each Store region has its own content with its own language support per title. Some foreign content in France may not be available with English language support. Some foreign content may be available in two editions, one with original language audio and (forced) subtitles [“VOST”], and one with dubbed audio [“VF”], as separate Store items. To see if more editions are available, scroll down to How to Watch on a TV show’s main details page, to find all options to watch this title. If you accidentally purchased the wrong edition, then you may need to contact Apple Support to have them undo the purchase, so that you can then purchase the intended edition instead.

This is unfortunate for expats, but more language support may not be available in the current arrangement. There is no international harmony in language support for Store content. You may give feedback to Apple about this.
