User Loops Don't Appear WITHIN GarageBand

I've searched high and low for a solution to this but haven't been successful. I have a few .WAV files that are sitting in my User Loops folder (Library>Audio>Apple Loops>User Loops that whole thing) and no matter how many tutorials I've followed and how many times I've re-indexed my loops library or restarted my computer, they will not show up in GarageBand. The only help I've seen are people just getting to the User Loops folder itself, I already know how to do that. It's getting these sound files that I stuck in there to actually show up as loops within the app itself that's proving to be difficult. If this is like a file type compatibility thing then I would appreciate some insight on that as well, but as far as I know I installed these files correctly based on a PDF I was following that came with them.

I'm running Ventura on a Macbook Pro, GarageBand 10.4.7

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2
