How do I turn off screen mirroring on MacBook Pro
I can only see the option to choose the devices I can share to I want it off and it stays on mirrored to my tv external display

Turning off Mirror the Screen to an External Display:
If looking to turn off mirroring to an external display, perform the following will mirror the Home Screen, and it will allow you to use it as an expanded display.

Turning off Mirror the Screen to an External Display:
If looking to turn off mirroring to an external display, perform the following will mirror the Home Screen, and it will allow you to use it as an expanded display.
Using the screen mirroring icon in the status bar, you can click on display settings > select the device you are mirroring to > select disconnect.
Drag your cursor to the top and you should have an icon that looks kind of like two screens and if you click on it you will have the option to stop. Alternatively, you can turn it off via the TV or shut down the Mac Book.
what model MacBook Pro, exactly? which processor, exactly? some do not support multiple unique external displays.
