Cellular Issue Immediately After Upgrading to iOS 17.1.2

Hi,

Immediately after upgrade from iOS 17.1.1 to 17.1.2, my iPhone cannot connect to the cellular network.

When I go to Settings -> Cellular, it just says "Error" and that "An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone".

When I go to Settings -> General -> About, it doesn't show that there is an update from the carrier. And under "Parts and Services History", is just says that there is an Issue.

I tried everything that is documented online like switching to airplane mode, resetting the iPhone and resetting network settings, I also reset all settings, but nothing worked.

I also contacted my phone carrier company, they instructed me to go the Settings -> General -> About and tell them what's the ICC number. The title ICC doesn't appear there so they told that the issue lies in the iPhone itself and not with the carrier. I also ejected my SIM card and put it in another iPhone and it worked in the other iPhone, I re-entered the SIM card back to my iPhone but still not working.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can try.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17
