I bought some airpods pro 2 at Walmart , but I didn't buy apple care or anything like that, will I still have a warranty?

It's been 3 months since my purchase, can I no longer buy Apple Care? And if I don't buy a warranty, I know that it has a 1-year warranty with the manufacturer. Now my question is, if they get damaged, do I have to go to Walmart to have them exchanged for new ones or do I have to send them or go to the appstore?

You still have standard warranty. If they get damaged, you go to the place where you've bought them, so that would be Walmart

Thanks for the information, I corrected my mistake. I have not yet completed 3 months of purchase. It was on 9/16/2023. My question is, is it possible that I can still return the Airpods to Walmart, even if I have already used them?
