So I believe my phone is currently being monitored, while investigating I dialed this code and according to the video it’s suppose to say “disabled” under each option. Mine does not, Is this normal?/What does this mean?

SMS, MMS, WiFi calls, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Calls, hotspots, and Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

It means you are using unsupported codes, probably found on some garbage internet site.
