After updating an iPhone 14 to ios17.1.2, device is unable to connect to the cellular network. Cant even access cellular SIM details. All typical solutions have been tried to no avail. only thing left to try is to revert to previous ios version. Anyone else have this issue?

Cellular Update Failed —> If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart
Settings > Mobile Data > APN [under Mobile Data APN] enter the APN pin
