How do I install this update?

Apple says there's a security fix for Safari for Monterey? It is not showing up in the App Store.

Safari security updates Is Safari 13.1.2 still supported with security updates? Or is it no longer supported like High Sierra OS 10.13.6? Yes, I found it in System Preferences -> Software Updates. It's not on the Ap Store, it's in Preferences.
