Black spot on my iPhone's screen

Hi, I have a tiny black spot forming at the corner of the screen on my iPhone 13. Phone hasn’t been dropped but have had some overheating. The phone will be out of warranty as I have had it for nearly two years, would I be charged for repair by Apple? Thanks
