big Black dot appeared on my iPhone 16 pro it’s still under warranty will Apple replace it for free bc it’s under warranty or how much would it cost to replace . I dropped it few weeks ago the back shattered but screen was normal .I don’t mind back being broken but the dot really irritates me

You have physically damaged the front screen and it will need to be replaced.
Apple does not warranty accidental damage, this will be an out of pocket expense. Unfortunately they will not just repair the front screen, they will repair the whole phone. Since the damage is so extensive, they will probably just replace the phone with a refurbished unit.
