Cyber Monday deal 2023

I ordered my new iPhone 13 on cyber Monday to take advantage of the free gift card with the purchase. The phone has been delivered now for 3 days but the gift card was not in the package, and there has been no communication on when or how this will be received. And I am unsure of who to contact to get this resolved

I didn’t buy from a store front, I bought it online on cyber Monday. And I get that you may not know, but surely someone else has experienced something similar or might have any tips for me
