Gift card purchased but not received

The sender can choose to resent the Gift Card. They need to verify the email address that they entered and will have a chance to correct it if it had been entered incorrectly. The Gift Card also can only be sent to a recipient in the same region from where it is purchased. For example, if they are in the US, it cannot be sent to a recipient in Australia. Other than checking your Junk mail to make sure it has not been missed, there is nothing you can do, it will have to be resolved by the sender who purchased the Gift Card, and here is the information that will be helpful for them.
