iPhone 14 Pro acting weird after got wet

Hey, I have an iPhone 14 Pro that I purchased about 6 months ago. Recently, I decided to clean it under tap water, as I usually do because it is waterproof. After I washed it, I noticed fogging under the front camera and when I pressed down on the screen bubbles appeared along the sides. Now, it is saying that the phone is overheating even though it is not hot. Did I ruin the phone?

Edit: The phone is now turning off and the bubbles are lessening but now there is a hissing sound when I press down, and the front camera is still foggy. The face ID is also not working now. The phone now also randomly shuts down.

It is not waterproof, and Apple warns you not to get it wet; here is what Apple says:

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

Yes, you probably ruined the phone. Turn it off and don’t use it for a week, but turning it on while wet was a bad move in the first place.
