iPhome 14 pro max email font

When i use my iPhone 14 Pro Max to reply to my emails, whether in safari emails or outlook mobile, my font is gigantic! I can’t tell when I’m typing, but once I see it on my computer I realize the severity of it. I used to be able to go in and change the font size, but that option is no longer there. So, now I just shrink the size, but I can’t tell how small it is. On one sent email I wayyy over compensated. Thank God it was to a friend who just laughed. She said it was at like 5, but my signature was at a 16. No matter how much research I do, I can’t find a way to fix this permanently. For neither outlook nor safari. It’s soo frustrating & horribly unprofessional. Can someone PLEASE help?!
