How do I find and install the water lock or eject icon on my watch

to get the control centre up on Apple Watch in watchOS 10 click the side button under neath the crown and scroll down to you see the water droplet it will be highlighted in blue if its on and to turn it off press and hold the Digital Crown until you hear water eject sound this link may help you aswell Use Control Center on Apple Watch – Apple Support (AU)

How to use Water Lock and eject water from your Apple Watch - Apple Support

This tells you how to turn off Water Lock

The water drop icon that enables the Water Lock, can be found by quick press and release of the flat oval side button (see picture)

DO NOT hold the button, as that brings up the Emergency services display.

Turning off Water Lock is done by pressing and holding the Digital Crown (that would be the red circle in the above picture).
