About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages

I keep receiving "<app> will damage your computer" messages and they won't go away no matter how many times I cancel the message. Furthermore when I try and open it on the finder nothing pops up. I was wondering if anybody is able to identify the files that are likely to be causing the problem. Thanks.
