Verify your Password Settings:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Mail
3. Tap: Accounts
4. Tap: [an account]
5. Tap: Password & Security

Security is wording of of iOS GUI.

Perform New iCloud Sessions:

Log out of iCloud on al of your devices, and then log back in one-device-at-a-time. Perhaps it needs to resync?
