On you tube I can’t see comments and certain videos

I cannot open/download YouTube due to restricted mode i have no memory of turning restricted mode on, and according to my iPad it isn't on (in the screen time setting everything looks fine). Yet, the YouTube app is no longer visible on my iPad and I can't open via the App Store because it says I have restrictions on. How do I fix this?

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON on our iPhone. You can open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Here, you can set this switch to OFF.
