What would cause multiple cell phones to all turn off around each other

What would cause cell phones that were next to each other at a public bar all keep trying to sign into Apple TV and all keep turning off multiple times without buttons being touched by users

iPhone asks for connecting to Apple TV on public place and it turns off alone I was at the mall having lunch when a popup showed on my iPhone saying that there was an Apple TV to connect to and it wanted to use my Bluetooth. I closed the popup several times and suddenly my phone turned black and I couldn't turn it on for 4-5 minutes. At some point, it restarted alone then I was able to use it again. I asked the near Apple reseller if that is something normal and they said that they have the same issue and it has happened in the mall since the release of iOS17. I was afraid that this could be an exploit. Any suggestions? Is it a bug? Is it safe?

No Apple TV around When I’m at school I get these random popups on my iPhone asking if I want to connect to this Apple TV. But it come and goes away faster than I could even react. When I go into the control center to see if anything connected to my phone the touch of the screen freezes but the phone is still running. Eventually it goes black with “loading circle” and then restarts. The confusing part is I have no Apple TV under my account and I asked IT and there is none at all on the campus. So I’m getting kinda worried. Maybe something unknown is connecting to my phone. This was happening to other iPhone user around me at a synchronized time. Hope it’s nothing too bad. Here are the popups I was getting: I didn’t touch my phone AT ALL when this happened

apple tv device moved - shows 4 apps and not settings, no scrolling to view more icons We recently moved and have an apple tv device which was unused for a while. Having plugged it in and connected to a tv, it shows only 4 app icons - and does not show the settings app, which means cannot connect to a new wifi. Related questions here answer with "it's lost internet connection, unplug and try again" - this is a new network and unplugging - plugging in again does not make Settings appear. It's not the remote batteries either as suggested, as it is working to bring up menu and navigate the 4 icons. So it's a brick until can get settings there to join the new network. The iphone apple tv remote app is also useless, as it tries to "find tv" but it has never been connected to this device so until both are on the same wifi don't expect any different result. Seems like a silly problem to have... anyone else able to solve this? going to try direct NW cable to the router and see if that works
