If you're referring to Target Display Mode on an iMac, the answer is "none".
A 2020 iMac does not support an iMac in TDM at all.
Just buy an external monitor to connect to your MBP.
Screen? If you are looking for a screen extender for your Mac Book they are made by third parties and you can purchase them on Amazon. If you want an iMac to use as a device then you can go to Apple.com and select iMac. If you were trying to mirror you Mac Book screen to an iMac screen that that’s just not possible as they are two separate devices, neither having the mirrored side of AirPlay.
