I know I have to click on the ‘+’ button when I want to add a show. But how do you delete shows you have watched?
I wish Apple would make the ‘Up next on Apple TV’ headline more user focused. ‘My additions’ headline would be short and more intuitive.

If you have watched the content in Up Next, then those entries will be hidden automatically (until new episodes appear).
If you want to manually remove an episode or a show from Up Next, then click-and-hold on that tile for a contextual menu with options.
