How to recharge the physical SUICA card after it has been added to apple pay?
I added my SUICA card to apple pay but realised I needed the physical card. How can I restore the cash and commuter plan back into my physical plastic card?

Once you transfer plastic Suica to Apple Wallet the plastic card is done and can never be used again.
The only recourse is getting a refund via Suica App (Mobile Suica account required) to a Japanese bank account, then buying a new Commuter Suica at a JR East station machine. If you need to adjust or renew an expired commute plan, you can do that in Suica App.

You’ll need to discuss this with Suica support and get a refund, as AFAIK the transfer is one-way.
You don’t have a Suica card (with a balance) anymore.
See the “top up” section here: Use Suica, PASMO, or ICOCA cards on iPhone or Apple Watch in Japan - Apple Support
