I used to toggle between open documents in previous version of Pages using Command-tilde (the ~ key between tab and esc) that will take you through the documents open. Now I’m using Pages version 13.2 How do I use a keyboard shortcut to do the same function?

You can also merge open Pages documents into one window with tabs representing each open document. On the document where you want this to occur, visit the Window menu and choose Merge All Windows. Then you just click the individual document tab, or toggle between the tabs with repeated control+tab.
I have two open documents in Pages v13.2 on macOS Sonoma 14.1.2. The command+` works correctly to switch focus between these two open documents. I have not made any changes on Sonoma to trick this into working and am using the U.S. English input method.
the Command–Grave accent does nothing (the key above the Tab key and to the left of the number 1.) Do I need to make some changes in settings?
So far I don't have an answer to my issue
