Change iCloud account name in iPhone Mail app

Version: iOS 17.1.2

I'm looking for a way to change my iCloud account name in iPhone's Mail app:

I've set my name everywhere I could find and still, it displays the name "iCloud".

I don't know if it makes any difference but I have two custom emails configured in my iCloud.

Rename iCloud email In previous versions of iOS, you were able to rename iCloud based mail accounts. This is no longer the case in iOS 15 (and now 16) at least it cannot be done the way it could be done previously. Can someone verify this can no longer done? Or, if it can be accomplished, how?

I don't think you have an option to change that because it contains iCloud Drive. See the pic below.
