computer not wanting to update to macOS ventura

I'm trying to install logic from the app store but it says i need the 13.5 or higher to download

when trying to download ventura, it says my computer is up to date or says update not found.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

My mac won't update We have been trying for months to update to Ventura 13.7.1 but the mac won't update. I have tried to reinstall the macOs and to reset the computer but to no avail. Please help

To install macOS Ventura 13.5, you'd need a MacBook Pro 2017 or later. You can check the year in  > About this Mac.
