Clearing Recent Call List - new popup window

On iOS 17.1.2 on iPhone 12, when I go to clear my recent calls, I get a new popup window panel when I select Edit. It seems to be ID'ing me for no apparent reason, and I have to select it before I can go on to selecting the calls. Any way to turn this off? It adds an extra step that seems to be useless. Who else would be using my phone besides me?

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
If you want to turn on SSL trust for that certificate, go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Under "Enable full trust for root certificates," turn on trust for the certificate. Thank you for this information but unfortunately it has not solved the problem. This is my personal device, and there are no accounts or profiles set up. This started with the last iOS update.
