Upload photos to apps like Walgreens

My phone just updated - I cannot get my pictures to upload to the apps / trying to get the Christmas cards here

anyway I go to say Walgreens - I go where it says upload - I go to the album in my phone - select the pics and hit add - it directs back to the site and nothing happens
