How to fix the Bug with Vietnamese Keyboard using Telex in macOS

Hi all, there has been a bug around with Vietnamese keyboard using Telex in MacOS for a long time. For example, to type "ở", you have to type "o" then "w" then "r". It's called Telex. On typing "w" (with Vietnamese keyboard on, of course), the letter "o" disappears or you only get "ow" or nothing or other unexpected ways. When you press backspace, letters before it just added, e.g. "o ngngngng". I had to turn the Vietnamese keyboard on and off several times (switching to another langugage) to get it work normally.

This mainly happens with non-Apple apps. I think this is a serious internal macOS error. So please someone who can contact Apple developers, report this issue to them. Thanks.

I'm facing the same issue as yours on latest Sonoma 14.4.1, it keeps duplicating and I have to delete those and change the keyboard input several times.

I am using Ventura and cannot duplicate your problem in Safari, Mail, TextEdit, Pages, or Messages. owr produces ở just fine.

I suggest you upgrade to Ventura, since nobody is going to fix any bugs in Monterey, or even in Ventura for that matter, since Sonoma is the current system.
