i get message : noise_control_requires_both_buds_in_ear but I have a beats studio pro

In the “settings” of my brand new Beats Studio Pro over ear headphones. I get a message: noise_control_requires_both_buds_in_ear, when i try to toggle the noise canceling/transperancy mode. But they are not buds and they are securely on both of my ears.

Beats studio buds+ making loud noise randomly I got a new pair of beats studio buds+ today and they were fine for the few hours ive been using them. I had them in noise cancel mode for a little while, but a few minutes ago, both buds made a loud noise individually, kind of a buzzing/ beeping, a minite or so apart, it was breif, and has only happened once and i took it off noise cancelling mode and it was fine. I reset the earbuds and haven’t yet tried them in noise cancelling again. Can someone explain why this happened and if i can fix it or should i return them for a new pair?

How to fix the high pitch squeal in Beats Fit Pro earbuds? In my right earbud of my beats fit pro whenever it is in transparency, or noise cancellation mode emits a high pitch squeal. Every time it is removed from the case or in my ear. Does anyone else have this problem and there a solution? I really like the noise cancellation when I’m at work [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I had the same problem. Restarting my iPhone made the problem go away. But the button to cycle through noise canceling modes didn’t work until another restart. I think there are some problems with the software.
