How to fix the high pitch squeal in Beats Fit Pro earbuds?

In my right earbud of my beats fit pro whenever it is in transparency, or noise cancellation mode emits a high pitch squeal. Every time it is removed from the case or in my ear. Does anyone else have this problem and there a solution? I really like the noise cancellation when I’m at work

Hello RannH13,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here.

To start, we want to recommend that you try resetting your Beats Fit Pro by following the steps here: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support. Click the link for Beats Fit Pro and follow those steps. This process will reset your Beats and let you reconnect them, hopefully resolving any issues you're experiencing with the audio output.

We hope this information is helpful!

Have a great day.

Resetting multiple times did nothing to fix the problem for me. What else can be done? They are unusable in their current working state as the squealing noise is so loud as to be painful. I get the noise in both earbuds as you put one in the ear and then the other. Moving the app settings for noise cancellation to off to transparency mode just makes the noise flair up and down in volume.
