Rattling Noise in Beats Studio Buds

Hi, I just got a pair of Beats Studio Buds and every time I turn on Noise-Cancellation or Transparency Mode, my right Beats Studio Bud starts making a rattling noise and get louder when I turn the music louder. I searched this up and many people have had this issue and I read this article, but I haven't found a fix to this. Do any of you guys have an idea on what I should do, or should I trade in for new buds? Thanks!
