Has anyone found a solution to the Beat Fit Pro left ear piece not working?

Beats Fit Pro: I have been trying to figure out why only one of the ear bud (right side) connects and works well, however the left ear buds does not. Try every suggestion on the internet, from YT to even the Beats website and no solution found. I had factory reset, un-installed the app to clearing caches no solution. Any other suggestions or trick fix this issue greatly appreciated.

I'm so disappointed as this was a holiday gift and my excitement went out the window.
