Just got new Beats Fit Pros, for some reason iOS won't let me do the ear tip fit test, even thought both buds are in my ears. Plays and pauses music, but won't let me use Noise Cancellation or do the fit test, I get the message "Place Beats Fit Pro Earbuds in Both Ears." I've tried different sized tips, any suggestions?

Thanks, I tried all of that initially. I actually just fixed it - I had to reset them with the case button and then re-pair and it was fixed, it must have been a weird glitch - thanks again for responding!
