Update version to a specific version

Dear all,

I have a macbook pro (13 pouces, 2016) with the Mac OS 10.12 system.

In order to pass an online exam, I need to have Mac OS 10.13 or higher, but not Sonoma. Is it possible to choose a specific system ? If yes, how ? Thanks !
