Ask a friend, acquaintance or family to use their computer, or at a public library.

Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

(perhaps) You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.

If the Restore Screen is appearing, you must use a computer.....a Mac or PC.....to reset the phone.


A friend might be willing to let you use their computer for the 20-30 minutes that will be needed.


An Apple Store or authorized service shop will have computers that you can use. A list of authorized locations in your area can be found by using this link: Find Locations


If a library or hotel is nearby, you might be able to use a computer there as well.
