Open the Watch App on your iPhone, select My Watch>General>About>Name> change name as desired.

How can I correct name on Apple Watch after upgrading my iPhone? My iwatch8 changed my name to now use the first person listed on my contacts since activating my new iphone16 pro . I have double checked the name under I watch profile and also the health app. They both show my correct name, and have not changed when transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone.
