My iWatch is a series three. It had an update, so I updated it. After the update, it got stuck on the Apple logo screen. I did some research and all I found was to press the crown and side button for 10 seconds but that did nothing.

Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:

Hopefully you realize that the Apple Watch was required to remain on its charger throughout the watchOS update.
Read and follow the article linked above. It does sound like you will require an Apple Watch repair as indicated at the bottom of the article.
