I bought a new Iphone but I already pay for apple TV. Can I get the 3 month credit?

Your new device includes Apple TV+ free for 3 months, when I follow the link it takes me to the apple tv app in my mac and does absolutely nothing! so the link either is broken or doesn't work for members that are already paying for apple TV and if that is a benefit from buying a $1500 Iphone it should be honored as a prorated price over 12 months or as a 3 month credit.
