The iPhone XR can run ios 17.
An iPhone 6s can can only go as far as ios 15.
A 6 can only run ios 12.

No, the best that the iPhone 6s that is shown in your profile can do is iOS 15.8.
You will need an iPhone 8 or higher if you want to run iOS 16. An iPhone XR or XS will update to run iOS 17.
