Microsoft 365 not working on iPad

How large is the screen size on your iPad and on your Android? Microsoft requires a Microsoft 365 subscription to create or edit documents on devices with a screen size of 10.1 inches or larger.

I understand why it would work on your phone. But it has been Microsoft's policy for years that a subscription is required for 10.1 inches or larger so I don't understand why it would have been working for you.

Tried everything, even rang the support desk, and no joy. It did work until a few days ago. He then said your account is for one machine only. But it’s not and works on my laptop and Samsung mobile. Funny though no subscription found for my email address but wonts me to open a free seven day trial. Funny that. If I didn’t no better it’s rings as a scam.

I tried the free trail at the top of the page using the same email address for my account. Still said no subscription found for the email address even though it is showing in my apple subscriptions. Believing know it is a scam. Well done Apple and Microsoft for failing us but no one cares. Even had to repost this message as it wouldn’t edit or allow an update on my previous post.
