I'm trying to install Microsoft Word from the Apple Store, and it says that I am not connected to Apple Store app with my Apple ID (I am connected with my Apple ID) and that I have to add some infos (Bank card infos, address, phone number). When I add those infos, it says that I have to contact you here. What can I do to be able to install apps from the Apple Store ? Thank you.
