Mail Swoosh sound is gone when sending mail
Lost the Swoosh sound when sending mail with Ventura 13.6.1 How do I get it back?

Do you have "Play user interface sound effects" turned on in System Settings->Sound?
Do you have "Play sounds for other mail actions" checked in Mail->Settings->General?
I believe you need both of the above activated for this.
