Mail Swoosh sound is gone when sending mail

Lost the Swoosh sound when sending mail with Ventura 13.6.1 How do I get it back?

No sent mail sound in Ventura 13.5.2 We have two MacBook Air laptops. One make the sent mail swoosh, the other doesn't. The Preference, now Settings, has change SO MUCH. Where and how do I control things like the sent mail swoosh?

Do you have "Play user interface sound effects" turned on in System Settings->Sound?

Do you have "Play sounds for other mail actions" checked in Mail->Settings->General?

I believe you need both of the above activated for this.
