I lost one of my iPhones and I want to switch over that phone number to the primary number can I do that?

I lost my phone or if someone may have stole it I’m not quite sure I’ve looked everywhere. I don’t know if the Find My app Amazon but I need that phone number to be the primary phone number now can

iPhone 13, iOS 17

Contact your cellular carrier to switch numbers:

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
