If my Apple ID says that it’s invalid or unsupported what does that mean(I just reset my phone and did a new Apple ID on the phone. I did not delete it)but now I want my old Apple ID but it says it’s invalid or unsupported

I had a phone and I did an Apple ID for it(it was new iPhone 14) but after a while I wanted a new Apple ID so I reset my phone and did a new Apple ID (I did not delete it) and now I want the old one back but whenever I try to change the password (cuz I forgot it ) it says it’s invalid or unsupported. What should I do?

Hello,

For help with that you need to contact Apple. Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
