I need to find the “page” where the find my phone under the clock face went after an update. I’ve turned both the watch and iPhone off.

Thank you sooooooo much!! So the swiping up doesn’t work anymore? I have to push the side button from now on? At least you found the Control Center for me! If I swipe up now it’s a clock, weather and temperature. Nothing I need! Thank you!

You are welcome. I am glad that you were able to resolve the issue. You are also correct when you stated that when you swipe UP then you will now see a stack of widgets. By the way, you can edit those widgets to something you like as well.
